We have gained a unique experience with several space projects and space hardware and thus our company continues its business based on its strengths: miniaturizations, telecommunication, space-qualified electronics and aerospace technologies – something we call our „vertical dimension“. We offer research and development services, but we work on our own technological projects as well, which we try to place on the market in form of spinoffs.

2020 – GOSPACE is a innovation leader, developing new IP protected technological features for smart-parking sensors like engine type recognition, automatic IoT payment or electronic permitting encompassing communication between Fleximodo parking sensor and electronic iPermit card.

2020 – GOSPACE become on-boarded IoT solution partner for Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom and “Fleximodo – Digital parking” become a certified and promoted product by these telecom operators.
Awarded by the European Commission
2020 – GOSPACE has been awarded by the European Commission the “Seal of Excellence” for its project “Fleximodo – Digital parking solution” – and has been selected amongst 140 (7%) projects that advanced into the second round out of 2000+ innovative projects in a tough international competition.
2019 - GOSPACE’s Fleximodo - Digital parking solution have received from the European Commission a special mention in The Access City Award 2020 competition (selecting cities that promote accessibility for people with disabilities) for its project in the city of Chania (Greece) for its use of technology to provide accessible parking for disabled drivers.

Went through 3 accelerator programs
2018 - GOSPACE with its “Fleximodo – Digital parking” product went through 3 accelerator programs. Smart City Works in Virginia, US. Hub:raum tech incubator of Deutsche Telekom, and Uplift urban innovation accelerator – where GOSPACE has been Futurenow program finalists and received Startup Awards 2018.
Moved to University Science Park
In February 2017, the company has moved to a new site – the Comenius Science Park University in Bratislava, Slovakia.
In 2016, we also entered the market of smart parking solutions with the parking detector called SPOT (Slovak Parking Organisation Technology). The detector is universal for any kind of IoT network (LoRaWAN, SigFox, NB-IoT) and is the foundation for the solution of the residential zone parking problem. So far, the SPOT system only provides the capability of occupancy detection, and we would like to develop the capability of parking authorization that will solve the problem of residential zone parking. From Space technologies to Internet of Things (IoT)
In 2016, the company has focused its efforts to the trend of IoT. It strategically aims towards operating in the area of Smart Cities, Industry 4.0 and Smart Homes.
Founding member of Slovak Aerospace Cluster
In 2016, our company together with two partners active in the field of aerospace industry, founded the Slovak Aerospace Cluster (SASC). Within this field, we provide also consulting services in this domain.
GPS free navigation service
Our newest project with a big potential is a GPS-free / GNSS-free navigation service. The company is looking now for funding of further project development. At the moment, the product is on the TRL-6 level. The company aims to take this product to market within 2 years.
Trackers, Sensors and R&D services
Besides R&D services, the company also develops its own products. After they pass a successful Proof of concept process, they are placed on the market in the form of start-ups and spin-offs.
IoT-performance test flights
The company has developed a unique stratospheric method to test the overall performance of IoT-networks. A tailor-made stratospheric probe is capable of climbing up to 40 km of altitude, communicating over a distance exceeding 700 km while covering an surface over 1.5 million km2 at all once!
Qualification Certificate for Execution of Research and Development
In 2015, the company has successfully obtained the national Qualification certificate for execution of research and development, issued by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic.
Development of satellite components
In 2014 and 2015, the company was developing components for the first Slovak satellite, a CubeSat named skCUBE. Namely, the Transceiver, Camera and VLF experiment of skCUBE were developed by the company.
Certificate from the European Space Agency
Our company has received a certificate from the European Space Agency, recognising us to be among the first teams in the world to receive timing signals from the first four Galileo satellites orbiting Earth and deriving position from those signals. We have even been the first company in the world to continuously derive accurate Galileo-position while driving a car!
The company has developed its own stratospheric probe (already the 4th generation). It has been flying with scientific experiments on a regular basis. The company continues to develop other useful applications associated with stratospheric flights. For instance, we offered our Stratospheric Autonomous Landing System Application to the European Space Agency, and with our partners also the Stratospheric Light Life Support Unit project.
Spinoff of the Slovak Organisation for Space Activities
The story of the company begins in a non-governmental organisation – the Slovak Organization for Space Activities. Key company representatives have collaborated there and decided to keep on cooperating on a professional level.
